Our company is located in Xingfa Group Yichang New Materials Industrial Park and is a member unit of the park. The park was founded in 2004 and is the most important strategic production base of Xingfa Group. It is a national recycling transformation demonstration park and a national innovation base for promoting trade through science and technology. Focusing on the main line of fine chemicals, we have vigorously developed circular economy and successfully cultivated three major industrial clusters: microelectronics, new silicone materials and glyphosate pesticides. It now covers an area of 8000 acres, has 18 member companies and 6000 employees. Since General Secretary Xi Jinping's inspection, the park has kept in mind General Secretary Xi Jinping's instructions, practiced the concepts of ecological priority and green development, always insisted on putting the protection of the Yangtze River first, accelerated the green transformation and upgrading and the conversion of old and new kinetic energy, and has shut down, relocated and demolished a total of 32 units, reduced emissions by 30%, and greened and beautified the 900-meter coastline relocated along the river in accordance with urban park standards. In 2021, the park will establish the first electronic chemical zone in the central region and the second in the country, and take the lead in establishing the Hubei Three Gorges Laboratory, a high-energy major innovation platform. The park will focus on industrial transformation and upgrading, scientifically plan the development plans of the two major industries of new silicone materials and new microelectronic materials, and strive to achieve sales revenue of 32 billion yuan, profits and taxes of 4 billion yuan, and foreign exchange earnings of 1 billion U.S. dollars by the end of the "14th Five-Year Plan". The first is to accelerate the promotion of 800,000 tons/year of silicone monomers, continue to develop 800,000 tons/year of silicone downstream deep-processed products, achieve a monomer conversion rate of more than 90%, and create a domestic silicone industry cluster with strong influence; The second is to build an electronic chemicals special area with high standards, continue to improve the electronic-grade chemicals industry chain, strive to achieve a production capacity of 550,000 tons/year, and achieve full domestic substitution of major products; The third is to actively develop downstream glyphosate preparations and strive to achieve an annual sales scale of 300,000 tons of glyphosate preparations within 5 years. The preparation production scale, brand, and sales volume are in a leading position in the same domestic industry.
